Services
Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest control services target carpenter ants, bark beetles, aphids, mites, and scale infestations. Technicians conduct thorough property inspections to identify entry points and active nests. We implement targeted treatment plans using eco-friendly solutions that protect both people and pets while eliminating pest populations effectively. Our methods include exclusion techniques, bait stations, and specialized spraying applications tailored to Lake Tahoe's mountain environment.
Tree Spraying
Preventative tree spraying protects against bark beetle infestations that threaten local forests. Our treatments use EPA-registered products applied by licensed professionals following US Forest Service guidelines. The service includes thorough coverage of tree trunks and branches to create protective barriers against common pests like mountain pine beetles and fir engraver beetles. Annual treatments maintain tree health and preserve property values in high-risk areas.
Stump Grinding
Professional stump grinding eliminates tripping hazards and pest breeding grounds. Our self-propelled 4x4 equipment handles difficult terrain and tight spaces around Lake Tahoe properties. The process reduces stumps below ground level, allowing for landscaping improvements. This service prevents ant and termite infestations while improving yard aesthetics and safety for homeowners.
Rodent Control
We address rodent infestations with exclusion methods and child-safe bait stations. Our technicians identify entry points for mice, chipmunks, and squirrels in residential structures. The service includes sealing gaps, setting traps, and implementing preventive measures to keep properties rodent-free. All methods prioritize safety for families and pets while effectively resolving infestation problems.
Eco-Friendly Solutions
Our environmentally conscious pest management follows UC Davis Cooperative Extension guidelines. We use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques that minimize chemical applications through proactive prevention strategies. This includes dormant oil sprays, insecticidal soaps, and systemic treatments that target specific pests while preserving beneficial insects. Our approach balances effective pest control with environmental stewardship for Tahoe's sensitive ecosystem.
