Our company provides our clients with easy to read structural pest control reports with quick turnaround times for all your real estate transactions. We are now including pictures of our findings in our reports. We also include a bid for any repairs that are needed. We also do structural pest control reports for general maintenance of your home. It is important to monitor your home to prevent damage from occuring or developing. We recommend to get a structural pest control report inspection every 2 years or if yu see anything suspicious.
