We just bought our first house, one of our conditions was that the sellers would provide a pest inspection for some wood damage our inspector noticed. The sellers used Rambo pest control to do this and provided us with a receipt from Rambo saying the company found no active pests. Shortly after moving in, I noticed some bug activity on my porch. I emailed Rambo right away with the receipt I had and pictures of the bugs I had just noticed. Blake Peterson from Rambo came out soon after the email and did a full house inspection and spraying for me at no cost to me! Blake was very professional and thorough- even looking under the porch and making sure he missed nowhere in the crawl space. Hopefully i won't, but if I do ever need an exterminator again I'd absolutely use Rambo again and highly recommend them. They stand behind the services they provide.
