We have used Twin Termite and Home Inspection twice now. They are thorough, explain all issues in detail, and trustworthy. Josh just inspected a house today, that we are buying, and we feel confident with his results. Will always come back to Twin Termite and Home Inspections.

Highly recommend. I had regular maintenance plan with another pest control company and had them out for their "free" yearly termite inspection. They said my house needed to be tented ($5000) for termites and beetles.
Called Twin Termite for 2nd opinion & they found no active termites or beetles. So I called a third company and they verified Twin Termite findings.

Twin Termite has been beyond excellent. Nathan at Twin Termite did my inspection on my new home before purchasing and was extremely thorough and excellent at communicating. My home needed a lot of work, and Twin Termite completed the work before closing as part of the purchase agreement with me and the prior owner. The experience with Nathan and Twin Termite in this process was smooth, and they did such a stellar job with the work, communication, professionalism, and customer service.
A few months after the job was complete and I was living in the house, I saw some more evidence of termite damage close to where work was done before and called Nathan to ask about it. They sent a crew out to inspect it for free and found some damage. They then did a further inspection, replaced the damaged wood (no active termites, as their treatment a few months back worked), and patched up the wall, and retextured it. WOW! This level of customer service is what separates good companies from excellent ones.
Brian and Josh were the two people who did the stud replacement and wall patch and did such an excellent job and were clean, professional, nice, and did quality work. I didn't catch the names of the people who came out to cut in the wall to do the inspection, but they also did an excellent job and were great at communicating and explaining everything to me. The finished product was great, and every person I have interacted with from Twin Termite has been knowledgeable, and the customer service is beyond excellent. Excellent team and management.
I will definitely be recommending Twin Termite to anyone with confidence. I will call them for any pest-related issues, even if they cost more. For a company to come out and do that at no cost shows that they stand by their work and are confident in their inspections and work that they do. Through all the work and communication, I spoke with and worked with a bunch of different people at Twin Termite, and everyone I interacted with was amazing. This is a top-tier company. I can't say enough great things about this company and my experience.
