Services
Rodent Control
Our rodent control specialists address infestations through comprehensive IPM strategies. We identify entry points as small as a dime, implement exclusion measures, and use targeted treatments to eliminate populations. Services include sealing gaps, removing nesting materials, and ongoing monitoring to prevent reinfestation. We handle mice, rats, and deer mice infestations with safety-focused methods.
Termite Treatment
We specialize in subterranean and dampwood termite treatments using soil treatments and wood preservation techniques. Our approach includes moisture control recommendations and structural repairs for damaged areas. Preventive measures focus on eliminating conducive conditions through proper drainage and ventilation improvements in crawl spaces and basements.
Ant Extermination
Our ant control services target common Pacific Northwest species including carpenter ants and odorous house ants. We locate nests in wall voids and outdoor structures, then implement baiting and exclusion strategies. Treatments address moisture issues attracting ants while protecting structural integrity from wood damage caused by nesting activities.
Stinging Insects
We safely remove stinging insect nests including yellowjackets, hornets, and wasps. Our technicians use protective equipment to eliminate colonies while minimizing environmental impact. Services include nest removal, exclusion work, and preventive advice to reduce attractants like uncovered trash and standing water.
WDO Repair
Our repair services address damage from wood-destroying organisms like termites and beetles. We replace compromised structural components with pressure-treated wood, install vapor barriers, and correct moisture issues. Repairs follow pest elimination to prevent recurrence while restoring structural integrity in homes and small commercial buildings.
