DO NOT use Fence Max! I recently had a fence installed. I had to call them they day after install to replace 12 panels bc they were split from the nails they used. It took them 2 wks and 2 more phone calls to fix it. They also had to fix the gate bc it was dragging on the driveway. A month later i called back bc the gate was dragging again, they still havent fixed it. Better yet, i texted the installer asking when he was coming to fix the gate and his answer was who is this.when i told him he it was, he never replied and i followed up with another text w question marks.still nothing!

I started working with this company in March 2017. The sale reps that me and my husband worked with ended up selling our job on the side - which we were unaware of until we went to pay the final bill! The company had no knowledge of our job AT ALL. It took about a week for us to get the company to provide us with an invoice, warranty and to have a supervisor come out to approve the work the was completed. 4 months later and our brand new fence that we have paid thousands of dollars for is falling apart!

I spoke with someone last week (this gentleman has been courteous every time I spoke with him) however; I was guaranteed a call back within 48 hours from the appropriate person to fix my issues. a week and a half later I finally get ahold of the person who I am required to speak with in order to get my concerns addressed(after I have call back several times) only for him to tell me that he is busy with other things and that he will call me back, he does not have time for my questions because he has other things going on! This man was beyond rude and I am at my wits end. So I am still waiting yet again for another call back from this company.
