I gave a terrific review the day the fence was put in, 4 weeks later all the vertical boards are covered in black mold, not the horizontal boards. Called many times, no call back. Very sad service after all I am a returning customer who has recommended them many, many times. Very disappointed.
The absolute worst customer service and dealt very poorly and lied to by the owner of the company. I received an estimate approximately 6 weeks ago. I accepted and scheduled a date for it to be installed. Nobody ever showed. When I called they had no record. They said they would call me back which they never did. So I called back and they said the owner would call me. He never did. I call back another day and I get the run around. Finally the owner calls me back and says he will install the following week.well they never showed. I call back again and I get the run around. This goes on for a few weeks until I finally confirm they will be installing the fence with an exact date and time. I take off of work so I can be home. A few hours pass and they still weren't at my house. I call up and they tell me that they have no idea what I am talking about and I am not even on the calendar. I wasted a day off and am now looking for another company. This was the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
