I gave a terrific review the day the fence was put in, 4 weeks later all the vertical boards are covered in black mold, not the horizontal boards. Called many times, no call back. Very sad service after all I am a returning customer who has recommended them many, many times. Very disappointed.

The absolute worst customer service and dealt very poorly and lied to by the owner of the company. I received an estimate approximately 6 weeks ago. I accepted and scheduled a date for it to be installed. Nobody ever showed. When I called they had no record. They said they would call me back which they never did. So I called back and they said the owner would call me. He never did. I call back another day and I get the run around.

Finally the owner calls me back and says he will install the following week.well they never showed. I call back again and I get the run around. This goes on for a few weeks until I finally confirm they will be installing the fence with an exact date and time. I take off of work so I can be home. A few hours pass and they still weren't at my house. I call up and they tell me that they have no idea what I am talking about and I am not even on the calendar. I wasted a day off and am now looking for another company. This was the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Quality work by true professionals. Robert and his son always stand by their word and are men of great character. Any job they have done for our family has been done right the first time, at the best price hands down. This is the only choice for fence installation.
