We had one of our Highwood chairs take off in windstorm. One of the side units was completely ripped from its sockets. I called and they immediately sent a full replacement for that part. All we had to do was screw it on! These folks are the best, and the chairs are a perfect solution for outdoor living. Thank you, Highwood!
