OUR MISSION: The mission of the Pan American Fencing Academy is to educate the next generation of American fencing coaches. HOW WE DO OUR MISSION: To carry out this mission we (1) present high quality on-site National Training Program coaching clinics to meet the knowledge needs of fencers at every level of coaching certification, (2) publish manuals and guides for coaches, and (3) develop programs and products that coaches can use to support their athletes' development. VALUES: We believe that fencing coaches should be true professionals, highly competent in not only teaching the use of the sword, but also in the related areas of sports science and sports management needed to produce superior athletes and well run fencing businesses.
