The 6 foot tall dog eared privacy fence is the most cost effective and common of the wood fences. We recommended sealing and staining after a period of curing to protect your investment. Aluminum fencing is available in many styles and is both beautiful and requires zero maintenance. Aluminum fencing is popular around swimming pools, courtyards and property boundaries. It is available in 4, 5, and 6 foot tall panels in residential and commercial applications. The most popular style of aluminum fencing is the 4 foot tall smooth top with 3 rails. Other styles include spear point, alternating spears above the top rail and below the top rail. We use Specrail on aluminum fencing jobs.
A-1 Fence and Deck offers custom built decks (view gallery) to meet your specific needs. Our decks are built on site with pressure treated pine wood. These are durable and will last for years to come. Wood decking does require some maintenance. As an option we could build with composite decking. Composite is a mixture of wood and plastic which retains the look of a wood deck with the durability and low maintenace of plastic. All of our decks are constructed with 4x4 and 6x6 post depending on the size of the deck and the distance from the ground to the deck.
Farm fencing is built to contain pets and livestock as well as to mark property boundaries. We use non climb wire which is great for containment and safety because keeping other animals out of your property is as important as keeping yours in. We will assess your situation before making suggestions on the number and placement of rails. Every job is unique. PVC vinyl fences offer great aesthetic beauty with little maintenance (just an occasional cleaning). These fences come in many styles of full privacy and lattice top that provides partial privacy. Heights of the vinyl fencing range from 4 feet to 8 feet tall. We use Everguard vinyl products from a local supplier - Merchants Metals. We also offer 3 and 4 rail pvc vinyl that can be used for residential or farm applications. Every job is unique.
