Trace and his crew did an amazing job. He was recommended by our pool company. Trace’s ideas were beautiful and his team was professional. I find something wrong whenever we have any work done and I honestly did not have one issue with TAB’s work. He fit us in even though his schedule was packed. He never misled us on timing and kept me updated on projected start dates. I will use Trace for future home improvement projects without a second thought.

Outstanding! We could not be more happier with how our project turned out. Tab Property Enhancement exceeded our expectations. When I called Trace to discuss what we were looking to have done he was on it that day. We told him what we were looking for and asked him to elaborate on our idea. He not only did that, but created a completely new concept and design we had no idea was even an option for us. Within a few days, we had a beautiful rendering and plan in place. When we had questions or needed to change anything, it was smooth and done like that. Service was done in December and the team was extremely professional, organized, on-time and hard working. The materials used in the project are high quality and everything is so solid and sturdy. The project was completed in about a week and half or so. After the crew was done, they power washed and cleaned up everything in the yard and driveway. I highly recommend TAB because of the complete professionalism from start to finish. We will be doing more projects in the future with TAB.

Trace and his crew replaced our deck and installed a new paver patio underneath. He designed a walkway for access to the rear exit of the garage, making a difficult access to the back yard super easy. Under the deck a “Zip up” system keeps everything clean and dry- adding a huge amount of dry outdoor space. His understanding of our needs and coming up with solutions was excellent. His crew was always polite, courteous and fun to work with. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship proved to us we had the best team for our project. Awesome job!

Tab Properties built a deck, patio, fire pit, and grill. The crew was very considerate of cleaning up each evening and always very accommodating. The crew and Trace are perfectionists. Everything was completed just like the 3D pictures. We absolutely love our new outdoor space.
