Horrible customer service, horrible accountability. Many other good fence companies that will take care of their customers. Company completed a fence job for backyard neighbor, and in doing so, the employees completely ruined, destroyed and cut bushes and mondo grass plants on my property. Owner came to my house, advised that bushes that overhanged on neighbors property would be cut, I advised completely fine just don't remove anything on my side of property. He guaranteed that nothing on my property would be touched. Next day, bushes completely gone! Plants destroyed. I approached the employee and asked what happened, he apologized and stated "the guy cutting them must have a heavy hand with the chainsaw" Horrible job, left debris everywhere. I contacted the owner for resolution, and reimbursement or replacement of my plants he damaged, he agreed in doing so and asked me to find prices on home depot etc. I stated that would be fine. The very next morning, got a text saying he's not financially responsible and "Im sorry". Awful way of doing business, would never recommend. Will be filing complaint with BBB and reaching out to an attorney.
Worst experience I've had with a company! Installed my fence with broken slats it took a month to get them to come and replace them and they didn't replace all of them. Now a few months later my gate isn't working and he refuses to return my phone calls. I tried to go to the address posted online and it's an empty lot. DON'T USE THEM!
