Wood is the most versatile material for building a fence and offers many styles to choose from. Below are some popular examples of wood fencing, however virtually any combination of each could be built. Nashville Fence and Deck would be happy to entertain any other particular style that exists or comes to mind. Wood picket fences are usually 4 feet tall and use a 4 inch wide picket with a 2 inch gap between pickets. The picket width and gap can be changed depending on what style is desired. We do install picket fences in front and back yards but are more commonly placed in the front yard providing a safe area away from the street for pets and children, also eliminating unwanted foot traffic.
We offer aluminum, steel, chain link, and wrought iron metal fence and gate options. All of our metal projects can be powder coated in a variety of colors to match your home or business design.
We can custom fabricate anything you can dream up! Or if you see something online or in your neighborhood, we can match it- we like the challenge! We enjoy innovative ventures and can help you design something that makes your outdoor project unique. Unlike most fence companies, we have Gothic, French Gothic, and Rounded Dog Ear pickets in stock. We also have the on-site capability to create a variety of other custom gates, pickets, and posts. We stock some limited reclaimed lumber at our shop and make 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, and 4x6 posts caps out of solid pieces of wood.
