Kratos offers custom manufacturing and advanced test services to produce and qualify a broad range of products for numerous prime contractors and government agencies. Throughout our history, we have produced electronic and mechanical assemblies for operation in extreme airborne, land-based, and seaborne environments. We have in-house capability for custom metal fabrication, component, and system-level assembly, environmental stress screening and qualification, hardware and software design and development, and custom packaging and shipping.
As a cradle-to-grave provider, the aerodynamics and performance group at Kratos develops innovative turbine designs, as well as upgrades existing designs to improve both performance and durability. They strive to develop high-performance engine designs and work closely with other disciplines, conducting in-depth analyses to provide boundary conditions, upgrade existing designs, develop clean sheet designs, and solve field problems. The combustion discipline group designs, develops, and tests combustion systems for small aero and industrial gas turbine engines.
Kratos provides engineering, design, analysis, and integration support services that include complex system and subsystem development and full lifecycle support. We support the Department of Defense's and the Department of Homeland Security's evolution to a more mobile and lethal force. Services include the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of command, control, computing, and surveillance systems for customers such as the Joint Inter Agency Task Force-South (JIATF), the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR).
