When Ken and Jan Grosskopf opened their family business in Green Bay, they had a dream. It was to build a business based on a philosophy of creating a positive boarding experience for their client's pets. With a lot of heart, soul, and work, they realized that dream and more. Ken and Jan acquired Golrusk Pet Care on Memorial Day in 1975 and soon built a state-of-the-art boarding facility and pet care center on the east side of Green Bay. But that wasn't the end of their fantastic journey. In the years to follow, they would add a dog obedience training program and facility, doggy fun camp and dog day care program, and the innovative fencing dealership called Invisible Fence Brand Pet Containment.
