Charged a fair price to install new exterior light fixtures, flush gutter downspouts, install a new sump pump with a drain pipe leading outside, and converted a kitchen light from fluorescent to led. He even remedied a small issue with the kitchen faucet water pressure while at my house. I'm certain my wife and I will hire him for other projects.

Excellent work. Installed subway tile kitchen backsplash. The kitchen looks amazing. Very helpful in advising us select the right color grout and even picking it up when Home Depot did not carry it. Good communication when responding to emails. Would highly recommend. Look forward to using his service on future projects.
