I love that it has grown enough to have more direct flights and the remodel looks great.
TSA employees are rude, employees that work at topeka coffee are rude, front counter personnel at the airlines are rude, even the the people at the food market were rude. Disturbing for me since I am from the South. Airport personnel should consider using mystery customers for their vendors in order to ensure everyone is performing up to your high standards.
We live in Springfield area and love using the Tulsa Airport. It's easy to get to as well as to navigate. Fares are usually a lot lower than in Springfield and it is well worth the easy drive. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I didn't like the new parking situation. All prime parking is now car rentals which is highly irritating to us that drive there. It is confusing and I think it was a bad move. Other than that I really love the airport, but this improvement is confusing.
