No matter the type of grading your property has, we guarantee all our gates from shifting for up to 3 years. To keep from rusting, our gates are all prime dipped before the finish coat is applied. Most fence companies prime only the parts of the gate that can be seen (outer), but by dipping, we prime inside and out. Similar to our gates, we guarantee from shifting for up to 3 years. All fence panels and posts are dipped into a steel primer before the finish coat is applied.
