Zion Fence is the absolute best. We had our fence installed a year ago and we have been so pleased with it. Thomas was able to work with our landscaper to get everything installed when it needed to be. Recently the wind blew our gate the wrong direction and Thomas came out quickly and fixed it. He has the best warranty, and the best customer service. Just today in the crazy windstorm, our gate had issues again and Thomas was at my house within minutes proactively letting me know that there were issues with the gate and that he would fix it as soon as the parts came in. Can't say enough positive about Zions Fence and Thomas.
After waiting 2 weeks for a response to our request for a bid, they rescheduled our bid 3 times. Then today, 1 hour before the time they requested we reschedule to, he called saying his previous call ended early and it was too hot to wait in his truck for our appointment, so use someone else instead. We won't be using them after this. Hopefully if you do, your experience is better than ours was.
Thomas Powell with Zion Fence gave us the best quality fence and best price. He is the owner and came himself to give the estimate which I liked very much. Also he was there with his workers putting up the fence. He stands by his work and has always been available and easy to reach by text. He has helped us a couple of times fixing minor wind and other damage. I definitely recommend him and Zion Fence and would use them again if I ever needed to.
