Corte

Just completed cleaning my TimberTech deck and can only tell you in one word how pleased I was using Corte-Clean on it. That word is WOW, super product to work with and I had great results. CORTE*CLEAN is a propitiatory formula that CLEANS ALL COMMON STAINING ISSUES caused by mold & mildew, black spots, sap, grease, oil, barbecue, tannin, leaf, pine needle, chalk, berries, blood, sunscreen, olive oil, citronella candle oil, peanut butter, red wine, pet food & waste, hard water, grass, ground in dirt, clay, brick, flower pot, rust, grime, green slime & most other stains that are deep set or below the surface & can deeply root or saturate into the porous surfaces of most composites.

We started in with the goal of creating a cleaner that actually worked for cleaning composites, especially as it relates to common black mold stains. We had previously used common brand name deck cleaners, other cleaners, chlorine bleach and home remedies we found on the internet or that were recommended by composite manufacturers (thank god we did not poison ourselves) with little if any success in an attempt to clean common black mold staining for major composite manufacturers. They did not get the composites clean.

Always check with the manufacturer of the composite to make sure if you can use a power washer. Some manufacturers didn't recommend their use. Others have very specific guidelines. Generally power washers should never be used over 1500 PSI! A fan tipped nozzle should generally be used, never closer than approximately 2′ from the composite. Composites can easily be permanently scared or damaged. Power washers should never be used with Corte*Clean. Power washers are only good for removing loose dirt, debris, leaves, etc. generally several days to a week or more before using Corte*Clean, to allow the composites to thoroughly dry.
