The customer service here is terrible. We've been waiting weeks past the date they said they would be ready to install our fence and there has been no communication on their end. We've tried reaching them via phone only to find their voicemail is full. We then resorted to email which also did not receive a response. My husband then drove to the business multiple times and nobody was there. He left a note with a contact number on the door and nobody has called us back. We are about to resort to calling our attorney. My husband talked to the business next door who said we aren't the only people having issues. Supply issues are one thing but the lack of communication when we've paid them is not acceptable.

Company Answered all of my questions in a Timely Manner. We ended up having our wood fence tore down and replaced with a very pretty black chain link fence. These guys had the Cheapest quote so I went with them. The crew that did my fence was very respectful and let me know before hand when they would be coming out which you don't get that a lot in the construction Industry. Highly Recommend if you are trying to get the most out of your money. Very Pleased.

Tri-City Fence Works gave us a very reasonable bid to widen our gate from 10ft with two 5ft doors to 16 ft with two 8ft doors. They provided timely service and installation, and were professional and willing to work with us on a few finishing touches we needed. We highly recommend them for those needing fence or gate installation and repair.
