We want you to be 100-percent happy that the floor we installed is as beautiful as the one in your dreams. If you're not satisfied with your new floor for any reason, we'll replace it for FREE including installation! That's the Beautiful Guarantee. The Beautiful Guarantee is an elevation of our current replacement warranty: the big difference is that we've added labor to soft surfaces. So, on all Gold, Platinum and Titanium products, you are covered for materials, freight and labor. The only exclusion is moving furniture which has always been excluded from the replacement warranty.

In 1949, Dalene Flooring was established. It was a dream of Arne H. Dalene and he enlisted his father Herman Dalene, to help make Dalene Hardwood Flooring a reality. In it's infancy, they specialized in hardwood floor installation as well as sanding and refinishing wood floors. In those days, many Norwegians came to work for Dalene Flooring, staying in the Dalene home. It was a very humble beginning full of family and friends working together to create a unique flooring experience for their customers.

Dalene Flooring has been in the floor covering business since 1949 and currently has a team of commercial management which averages over 16 years in the floor covering industry. Our commercial team regularly attends manufacturer, trade organization, and OSHA training to stay current with the latest specifications, installation methods, and safety regulations. All field and supervisory employees are OSHA 10 hour certified and we currently have 16 employees who have obtained OSHA 30 hour certification.

Dalene Flooring recommends sanding and refinishing your floors when they look discolored, dull looking, and/or have moderate to severe scratches. Additionally, if the finish has worn off in high traffic areas or you'd like to change the stain color or sheen level in the floor, that is also a good time for sanding and refinishing your hardwood. On average a typical 3/4 inch, tongue and grove hardwood floor can be sanded and refinished several times. There are two types of sanding & refinishing of hardwood floors that Dalene Flooring offers.
