With over 25 years of extensive experience, Cobb Hill Construction has completed a vast number of new construction and remodeling projects. From the design and construction of a steel-frame manufacturing facility to the renovation of an historic mill building for office and laboratory space, Cobb Hill understands individual client goals, and is fully equipped to meet a range of commercial construction requirements. Work on the Capital Commons building was completed in July 2008. The building is an 8 story, 102,000 sf mixed use building that also includes an attached 510 space municipal parking garage, two public plazas, and several streetscape improvements.
