This floor is waterproof and it consist of a wear layer and regular LVF layer. In the middle the product has a WPC or wood plastic/polymer composite that contains bamboo, recycled wood, limestone and virgin vinyl. Which is not the same as PVC in the middle which you will find at big box stores. WPC is product that is more Eco-friendly. Some products do or don't come with cork at the bottom and that's more for preventing noise. This product is hottest thing out on the market now. Vinyl is affordable flooring option to put in areas of your house were there is a lot of moisture.
