Museum Resources, located in Williamsburg, Virginia, has extensive facilities for harvesting, sawing, hewing and finishing materials for restoration projects. We can provide old growth material in log form, sawn plank, or riven stock. Species such as White & Red Oak, Juniper, Cypress, & Longleaf Pine are our specialties. Long lasting performance, energy efficiency and aesthetically pleasing results completed on-time and on-budget are our goals on every project. But after 30 years in the exteriors and construction business, we have yet to find two projects which are exactly the same.
We have experience in a wide variety of Museum and Restoration work. We are Licensed Class A Contractors and can undertake any aspect of Restoration work from project management, materials preparation, acquisition or complete constructioncan work as consultants to assist in your construction or restoration. We can work with local contractors or carpenters to guide them in producing the right finish or look for your project. We have extensive experience in traditional Historic Trades. We can assist you in acquiring the skills, tools, and environment needed to project a trades presentation.
Well the saws have stopped, the dust has settled, we put our tools away, and we closed the window on work for 2020.
