Ordered a mattress that was to be hauled to NC. Delano's offered to have it double bagged before pickup. Upon arrival the bagging had not been done and no one there on Friday, October 27th to do it. This was my second purchase of mattress sets this year and up to this point the service had been excellent. I called to state the promised bagging had not been done and was treated rudely. I was not asking for them to do anything about the soaked mattress and was only making them aware that the bagging had not been done. After repeatedly stating I wasn't asking anything of them only to make them aware it was clear the would remain defensiveness.
