What a Great Team! We had Porcelain Tile installed in our Foyrer, Kitchen and Dinning area in January. Because of the professional way they do business we had carpet installed in the master bedroom today. What a great Job. Our thanks to Miriah, Toni and the installers. No mess! They always cleaned up and let the place looking immaculate. I strongly recommend them.

After a bad experience with another flooring company, we contacted Jason Watson and he made the experience so much easier. Their quality of work and professionalism is first class. He brought samples to our home and advised us on what would be best for our situation. We now have beautiful floors. We highly recommend them.

We choose the Flooring Pros Flooring America because of the three quotes we obtained, they were the best combination of customer service, price and flooring selection. From start to finish, Ishmael S. walked us through the process, answered our numerous questions and made sure we were informed. We received responses to our phone calls/texts very promptly. The installation crew led by Santos was prompt, professional and very pleasant to work with. All the little issues that arise during a construction project were handled professionally and with our best interest in mind. Everyone made us feel like valued customers and treated us like family. Should any flooring needs come up in our future, we will use this company again. We love our new floors. When asked how she likes our new floors, our daughter (age 4) said "Thumbs up. We have happy smiles." We couldn't have said it better.
