We have options for old, new, interior and exterior concrete slabs. In business since 2005, Charleston Concrete Design is owned by husband and wife duo, Toby and Rachel Montgomery. Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Toby's background is in manufacturing, while Rachel, a transplant from New York, is a mechanical engineer. The Charleston Concrete Design family also consists of project supervisors Heather Edwards and Christey Mitchum, who have both been with the company for more than ten years.
