We had the good fortune to find Van Dyke Home Improvements over the Internet, and Bob has done 4 large projects for us over the last few years as well as many smaller projects and repairs. The large projects included rebuilding decks, redoing a bathroom, and a complete renovation of a kitchen. The reasons that we keep going back to him include his careful, high quality work, his professionalism, and his reasonable and very transparent pricing. We have come to appreciate that he gets projects done on time and on budget and we’ve found him to be dependable and respectful of us and our home. He communicates well before, during and after the project. He has excellent judgment and has frequently made valuable design or construction suggestions for our projects. One characteristic that we found critically important is Bob’s honesty and integrity. We never felt we needed to worry about our house, or the work, the quality of materials, or whether the finished product would be as described. We’ve always felt comfortable when Bob was doing the work for us!
