Hi, my name is Devin. I am our family's fourth generation in the floor covering business. You may remember my great-grandfather, William or better known as "Carl" Swiney. He managed and went on to own "Wampler Brothers Carpet" located on 17th St in Bristol, TN. His son, Steve, who is my Grand Dad also got his start in the floor covering business and has built a reputation of being one of the finest installers in the Tri-Cities. My Grand Dad and my Gi Gi opened "Steve's Floor Covering and Interiors" in August of 1994.
