Refinishing is the process of sanding a floor to raw wood, then staining and finishing the floor for a desired look. In most cases this is possible and allows a homeowner to completely change the look of their floor and thus change the the look of their home. We try to make this process as least intrusive as possible, we try to push quick dry stains and water based finishes so a homeowner can stay in their house during the process. All of our sanding equipment hook up to vacuums and we still hang plastic.
We make our own custom samples for site finish customers if they need to see a color.
