Heather is a shareholder, daughter of John Sharpe, and CFO of Complete Flooring Installation. She has been working for Complete Flooring Installation since 2001. She began working alongside Terri Boyd, who helped her learn the ropes of accounting. She now leads the accounting department. Terri began working for Complete Flooring in 2001. She wears many hats in our company and has helped multiple employees learn best practices in their new positions. Terri is our Senior Project Coordinator. She follows all awarded projects from beginning to completion by coordinating materials and dispatching crews as needed.
