Owners Tommy and Mandy Sancic started the company in 1997 with a small team of three. Over the last 20+ years, thanks to an incredible team, it has grown into one of the largest wide plank flooring and reclaimed building materials manufacturing facilities in the nation, expanding its product lines and continuously growing along the way. Even though Olde Wood Limited is the authority on wide plank flooring and reclaimed building materials, it strives to give its customers small-business attention even as it continues to be blessed with incredible growth.

That's the same passion we have at Olde Wood Limited Our craftsmen recognize the intrinsic beauty in the hand-hewn timbers we rescue from vintage structures that have outlived their usefulness, and work tirelessly to bring this wood back to life by restoring the luster and personality ingrained in every piece. Olde Wood Limited manufactures beautiful antique hardwood flooring and barn siding wall treatments using carefully preserved material that has been salvaged, recycled and masterfully restored from the remnants of vintage barns, historic buildings and other aged structures.

As a custom mill, we are able to offer authentic reclaimed barn siding in a variety of colors and styles. All of them are square-edged and backplaned--ready to be used on your walls. Whether reclaimed wood flooring or new wood plank floors, all of our flooring is able to be used as wall paneling. So if you see a floor and think, "that would look great on my wall, " you're right and we can make it happen. You have the choice of either all of your wall panels having the same width, or having a combination of widths.

Our reclaimed barn wood flooring has a story to tell. Crafted from recycled barns and other wood structures, our reclaimed wood flooring qualifies for LEED points. Yesterday's barn beams and timbers transform into a one-of-a-kind rustic floor. This Olde Wood Limited product line is much more than reclaimed wood flooring. Our traditional wide plank floors are milled using pioneer sawing practices. Our live-sawn plank floors feature tight grain variations, a rustic appearance, and natural coloration and character you won't find with modern milling techniques.

It's been said that they don't make them like they used to. If you have been shopping for a new floor for any length of time, you know this is especially true when it comes to hardwood flooring. Most modern milling companies utilize only certain parts of the log. This is because they want to ensure that the hardwood in one store looks identical to that in another. But there was a time when milling had a much simpler goal: to turn a log into planks while using as much of it as possible. Replicating early pioneer sawing practices, our traditional flooring planks are live-sawn from fully matured, slow-growth trees.
