I have used Riemer Floors in the past. They did such an excellent job then, that when it was time to do a makeover in my new condo, there was no one else I would contact. Tim Michon, our sales rep was awesome. He came to my condo, took measurements and when we visited the showroom, he had an idea of what I was looking for. The timeline was great and now I have beautifully installed (by Todd) Armstrong vinyl plank flooring in my 2 bedrooms and loft area, plus beautiful new carpet in my stairways.
I might add, the whole process was a wonderful experience, from the receptionist who answered my calls, to the dispatch department. They all work together and make an awesome team. I'll be back in the spring to complete my flooring makeover.

They came to measure my floors and never called back. Had to call multiple times to get any info, as it was not entered into their system. When they finally did find me, two weeks later, the quote was still not prepared, even though my sample was already chosen and measurements already taken. When emailed the quote, they refused to find an installer. Completely unprofessional.
