Industrial Flooring
We provide comprehensive industrial flooring solutions including epoxy, urethane, and polyester systems. Our 100% solids epoxy coatings offer chemical resistance while our urethane toppings provide slip-resistant surfaces. With over 10 million square feet installed, our systems meet FDA, USDA, and OSHA standards for food processing plants, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces requiring durable, hygienic flooring solutions.
Epoxy Coatings
Our epoxy coating systems include penetrating primers, high-build coatings, and chemical-resistant topcoats. The 1300 SRE floor coating provides solvent resistance while the 4100 series offers UV stability. We offer electrostatically dissipative (ESD) coatings for sensitive environments and Novolac epoxies for extreme chemical exposure. All systems include proper surface preparation and moisture vapor mitigation solutions for lasting performance.
Joint Fillers
Our PFAC polyurea joint fillers provide fast-curing solutions for concrete joint repair. Available in PFAC I (2:1 mix) and PFAC II (1:1 mix), these 100% solids systems bond to concrete, asphalt, and metal surfaces. With 350+ PSI adhesion and temperature resistance from -30F to 300F, they're ideal for warehouse floors, airport runways, and industrial facilities requiring durable crack and joint sealing solutions.
Concrete Polishing
We offer concrete polishing and surface preparation services using diamond grinding and shot blasting techniques. Our moisture vapor barrier epoxy (MVP) system addresses high vapor transmission rates while our D'Foya sealer provides slip-resistant finishes. We prepare surfaces for coating applications using environmentally responsible cleaning agents like XA-201 muriatic cleaner and CD-103 degreaser.
Secondary Containment
Our chemical-resistant lining systems include the CHEMSHIELD polyester system and FABRILON fiberglass laminate. These secondary containment solutions meet EPA regulations for chemical storage areas and industrial facilities. We install multi-layer systems with epoxy block fillers and chemical-resistant topcoats that withstand acids, solvents, and caustic substances in harsh industrial environments.
