B.E.S. Painting

We start off by cleaning the home of built up dirt and debris. In most cases we will powerwash the entire home to clean. In other cases were home is badly peeling or power washing is not an option we will clean the home by hand scrubbing it to ensure clean surfaces to work on. We will then begin preparing the house to paint. All plants, sidewalks, furniture etc. will be covered for protection. When peeling paint is present we will scrape and sand with a fine finish sander. All paint chips will be collected in plastic and disposed of.

When refinishing wood we will protect all surrounding areas first. Then we will start by sanding the old finish off the areas being stained. Once the old finish has been removed we will apply a gel stain in the color of your choice to the wood. After the color has had time to dry a minimum of 3 coats of Polyurethane will be applied to the wood to seal from the elements and protect the finish.

B.E.S will take all steps needed to ensure that when painting inside your home that areas being worked on will stay clean before, during and after we are finished with the project. Floors and furniture will always be covered for protection. We will work with your schedule to make sure that you do not lose access to rooms while work is being done. Also, we will properly prepare areas to ensure paint adhesion and repaired areas (patches) will not be noticeable after painting. We always use 2 coats of high quality paint on all areas being painted to ensure we achieve to true color you desired.
