We moved here in March 2018. Previous owners installed a new a/c and heating system in 2016 and thankfully left us all the receipts. The thermostat shut off on, of course, a sweltering evening in July. Checked the obvious but no go. It was 6pm and I was going to wait until morning to call but decided to call that evening, at 7pm, to leave a message. John from Air Zone called me back by 8pm. I was so surprised! Your company told the warranty company everything was fine after you fixed a fan motor. You would not listen to us about the system leaking freon in the coil. Shame on you! Our system is down again. If you would have done your job, we wouldn't have to have a different company fix it.
