Westin Air won a customer for life today. Seth was my technician and he sold me with his fast diagnosis and speedy repair work. I appreciate that Seth came to do the repair job even though his previous repair ran far longer than was expected. Most other companies would have called and asked to reschedule. Not Westin Air/Seth! I always prefer to "shop local" and am thrilled to have found such a great AC shop that is owned/run by Westerville residents. Professional, friendly, honest and fabulous customer service.
