Since opening our doors, we've had the privilege of enriching the lives of others through fitness, nutrition and, most of all, community. At our fitness center in Austin, we provide our members with group or private fitness solutions including CoEd CrossFit classes, Individualized Programming, private and sports performance training, Women's Only CrossFit, and a Young Athlete program for 6-13-year-olds. At The Field House, you'll be surrounded by a team of like-minded individuals who want to lead healthier lives and enjoy helping and supporting others who want the same.
The Field House is located off just HWY 290, right next door to the Feed Station. Our gym is well-equipped with everything you need for strength and conditioning and is quite spacious. We have a 8,000 square foot fitness playground featuring an indoor turf field, Precor ellipticals and treadmills, Stairmasters, Assault Air Runners, Bikes (recumbent and upright) and Ski Ergometers, Hammer strength and Freemotion variable resistance machines. Most people who make resolutions to get fit or live a healthier lifestyle don't follow through on their commitment.
