Coastal General Construction, Inc., founded in 2006, combined DeHart Construction and NormC Home Improvement into one company poised to meet all of your construction needs, from residential construction to commercial construction and everything in between. As equal partners in CGCI, Norm and Jerry have grown from a modest partnership into a multi-million dollar corporation, and a permanent crew of highly trained construction professionals, and numerous subcontractor and Trade Partner relationships.
