We expanded this large back deck, so our client could better enjoy their outdoor environment. We used a mix of Ipe, an exotic sustainably grown hardwood decking and cedar. These materials have natural decay inhibitors in them which means they will withstand the elements for years to come! This project presented an interesting challenge. How do we turn 2 closets and a small bath into a larger bath and one large closet? We created a new access into an old closet through the bathroom and expanded the bathroom into a different smaller closet.
