Terrible, in 1 year we have had to have it serviced 5-6 times. The Stove Shoppe in Windham NH sends out a service person about3-4 weeks after I call, .

They sell the worst pellet stoves and do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. 2 years into the pellet stove problems and still having them replaced.

We bought a pellet stove from them it never worked right and they never made good for anything and tried to change us. Also they did a similar thing.
