SEPI staff have extensive experience in water resources design for a wide range of project types including municipal project management, flood studies, highway and roadway drainage design, and bridge and culvert analysis. Andy is a Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager in North Carolina with over 15 years of specialized experience in hydraulic and water resources engineering.
