CCA is a company built on the belief that character determines destiny; that honoring our commitments to integrity, quality and service to our clients ensures our continued success as a respected General Contractor. This belief is the core of our foundation, and is central to all we do. It focuses our energies, guides our decisions, and leads us to seek the innovation and teamwork necessary to provide our clients with construction services that are second to none. We take a great deal of pride in our reputation.
Craig Morris is Certified Contractors of America's company founder and president. Craig Morris personally oversees all aspects of company operations. Craig is a third generation builder, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, father and Uncle. Working along side his father since he was a small boy, inspired Craig to get his General Contractors license at the age of 18, becoming one of Florida's youngest recipients. Certified Contractors of America is organized around three critical areas, each of which contributes vital services and abilities to our operation.
Whether constructing a new building, addition, vanilla shell or interior build-out in the area of retail construction, time is often the most important factor for all of Certified Contractors clients. Lender guidelines must be followed ensuring that your project is completed on or ahead of schedule. At CCA we recognize this need and excel by completing retail spaces in an amazingly short time without sacrificing a diligent attention to cost control.
Generally, as construction manager (CM) Certified Contractors of America is hired at the same time the architect is hired. Then, we would be involved in the planning and design phases; early enough to provide input that can enhance the value of the project. Considered a professional service, very much like architecture, accounting, or legal services-the CM is usually selected on the basis of qualifications with respect to personnel, experience, and past performance on similar projects. Certified Contractors of America will work closely with the owner and the architect chosen by the owner, to develop a project plan that considers all elements of the project such as site conditions, available utilities, foundations, structural systems, and mechanical and electrical requirements.
