Caldwell did a perfect job, from start to finish. It took a very long time to get ARB approval and Caldwell managed that process well. The installation was flawless, and Jon the owner had to deal with a few of my crazy neighbors, but he and Nicole in the office handled it with grace and professionalism. I would not recommend any other roofing company. Caldwell is the best. I got 7 quotes, and they've been in business the longest, since the early 80's, so you know they'll be there to back up the warranty. They've done 11,000 roofs in Boca and know what they're doing. With anyone else, you're wasting your money. Caldwell was recommended to me by a family friend, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Decided to change our roof this spring before the rainy season. Went with Caldwell and could not be happier. The work was done in 2 weeks with no delays. The workers would arrive in our home 7:30am sharp and be done by 4:30pm. Zero garbage left at the end of the day (zero!) The owner, Jon, would inspect the work daily and give us updates. The roof looks amazing! 100% professionalism and reliability with this company which is something extremely hard to find in South Florida. The owner is on top of the project from beginning to end. Extremely happy with Caldwell. Don't hesitate to hire these people; five-star company! Thank you Jon and Tammy for a stress-free experience and superior quality of work.
