The key to any successful project is the strategic partnership between the Client, Architect, and General Contractor. During the Design-Build process, the DLHC team continuously adds value by working with the Architect and other members of the project's design team to find cost saving solutions, reduce risk, and seek opportunities to save time during construction.

The success of any project is directly related to the preplanning that takes place prior to construction. Our goal throughout the pre-construction phase is to have a complete understanding of the client and what they do, their vision for the space and their project expectations. Our Construction Manager will sit down with the client to discuss the project in detail. Together, we will come up with a plan that includes total budget evaluations and a preliminary layout of the space. We will discuss potential challenges and ways to proactively prevent them.
