H&R Construction recently completed the ARENA Sports Academy in Sioux City, IA. This project involved both preconstruction and construction services by working closely with the Owners group to develop the proper design and budget to help their vision become reality. We successfully remodeled an existing 60,000 SF retail store into a recreational sports facility.
