Victor Construction builds and remodels retail storefronts, shopping center facades, customer merchandise showrooms, and inventory rooms for national retailers and retail property management firms. Victor Construction has a long history of performing ground-up and renovation construction for manufacturing warehouses, chemical plants, refineries, distribution centers, and other similar facilities. Victor Construction specializes in retail, industrial, commercial and interiors. Since 1954 we've remained a family owned and operated business that takes pride in our reputation as one of the best general contractors in the industry.

In December of 1954, Robert and Margaret Schuttler put their dreams into action. With two growing children and a third on the way, they launched Victor Construction. Named after Robert's father Victor, the business was run out of the couple's home for many years, as they expanded their family to five children. Robert began his construction career as a salesman for a home remodeling company. He enjoyed it, and always knew he'd one day open his own home remodeling company. While Robert worked to find clients for their new company, "Marge" was the bookkeeper.

This 24,000 square foot space is to feature the much-anticipated Peppa Pig World of Play family attraction. Located in Schaumburg's Woodfield Mall, this unique build out will feature an extraordinary play area, retail space, private party rooms, restrooms, offices, and storage space. We completed our 2nd PPG paints project in February, 2017. Located at 415 N. Damen Ave. in Chicago, PPG's build out and renovation work included the demolition of the leased space, and the addition of new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.

The Victor crew completed an extensive interior renovation and expansion project for a national manufacturer of chemical products. The renovations focused on updates to existing warehouse, offices, restrooms, laboratory spaces, and a building addition. Wrapping up in January 2019, we completed our 3rd School of the Art Institute (SAIC) project, renovating the security guard desk in the lobby of 116 S. Michigan. The desk area was in need of more seating and storage space, better lighting, and improved sight lines, while keeping the design aesthetic of existing SAIC finishes.
