At Anderson Engineering, Inc.,w e are a comprehensive consulting firm offering Civil, Geotechnical and Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services, Construction Materials Testing, Drilling and Commercial Drone services through our professional staff of 150+ employees located throughout ten offices in Missouri, Arkansas and Florida.

Anderson Engineering provides civil engineering and surveying services, including planning, civil/site design, GIS services, Phase I environmental site assessments, municipal street and sewer design, wastewater treatment, storm water drainage and detention analysis and design, boundary/topographic surveys, cadastral, ALTA, GPS and control surveys, drilling services (including geotechnical investigations and environmental sampling and monitoring well installation), construction materials testing and field construction monitoring.

Land surveying remains one of the main services provided by Anderson Engineering, as it has been since opening in Springfield in 1958. We have multiple land surveying departments scattered throughout our ten office locations and an impressive group of Professional Land Surveyors, most of which are licensed in multiple states.

Anderson Engineering was the first firm in the area to provide geotechnical engineering services, beginning in the mid-1960s. In order to meet the increasing demands for geotechnical services in the rapidly growing southwest Missouri area, we purchased a CME 55 truck-mounted drill rig in 1978. Since that time, our drilling fleet has expanded to include a truck-mounted CME 55, a truck-mounted CME 75 and an all-terrain mounted CME 550X.

Anderson Engineering's staff has a wide variety of structural design and observation experience throughout the continental United States. Anderson's staff has experience in projects including commercial buildings, wood frame to multiple story steel concrete structures, tilt-up concrete, light gauge steel load bearing wall systems, and industrial projects for clients including Royal Canin, ABB, Spartan Light Metals, Continental Cement Company among others. Anderson's engineers, designers, and technicians efficiently use the latest industry software for Structural Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design, which includes Revit and Tekla for steel shop drawings.
